Eiffel Tower is a retail business which was established in 1979 by Katie Mercier—Master French Chef. She has taught her business and culinary techniques to Tom Vanderbeek (executive chef) since 2000. Tom has used his skills to form a business which is stronger than ever before.
Eiffel Tower Fine Catering’s offices are open during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Our Utah catering is offered 24-7 depending on the client’s needs. Between February and April, Eiffel Tower limits its office hours to a winter schedule as the business is slower during this season.
It is typical of the catering industry to have extremely lucrative months June-August and again in December/early January due to graduations, weddings, and holiday events.
